CO2-Incubator–CIC200

It requires phased sterilization during the usage of CO2, which can achieve a high temperature sterilization at 90 ℃ without removing the CO2 sensor and avoiding the CO2 Sensor to be secondary polluted.

The air is imported from the top of the inner cabinet of the chamber, then from the lower chamber of the intake chamber to the upper chamber. It is sent flat to the circulating air chamber at the back side through the axial flow fan, lastly the back side blowing forward to achieve a complete air circulation, to make a better fluidity and uniformity of air flow.

The filter cabinet is equipped with a filter device, which can filter the air in the inner chamber, ensure the air quality, preventing the air quality from affecting the cell cultivation. The filter device is easy to disassemble, replace and clean meanwhile.

The curved edges and corners of the inner cabinet can prevent the accumulation of dirt, resulting in the increase of the number of bacterial colonies in the chamber, increasing the efficiency of cell culture, easy for clean. The door is equipped with glass window. It only need to open the glass window without opening the door while observing the experiments. In this way to prevent external air from entering the incubator.

The device cabinet is equipped with cooling fan, wind turbine motor and electromagnetic control valve, which cabinet is located outside the incubator to prevent the heat from affecting the cooling fan and wind turbine motor.
